More experiments with art on my iPad.
In retrospect, I realise that this is one of my most ambiguous cartoons to date, so I might briefly clear it up. The top panel is the ‘bird’s eye view’ of its lunch, a worm. And the second panel is a ‘worm’s eye view’, sitting in the bird’s stomach acid, looking up at the crop/throat that it’d just fallen from. I attempted to be more dynamic in my angle/perspective by placing the camera underneath the surface of stomach acid (thus everything’s green tinge). The tree like shapes in this panel are actually the nerves or blood vessels of the bird’s stomach. Better luck next time.
